Every year the number of the Holocaust survivors is becoming less and less. That is why it is all the more important to collect and remember their stories. To the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the World Jewish Congress has launched a campaign in memory. Under the hashtag #WeRemember everyone can read thousands of heartbreaking stories, behind which are millions of personal tragedies. Or write one’s own.
Photos that users post with this hashtag will be shown on the Auschwitz walls from January 23 to January 27.
Thousands of people have already joined the campaign – join you too. Honor the memory of the heroes and the victims. Let us not allow the world forget the history and lessons of the Holocaust.
