On November 20-21, a meeting of the European Jewish Congress was held in Vienna, as well as the conference of the European Union “Europe without anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism — ensuring the safety of Jewish life in Europe”.
Ukraine was represented by the JCU President Borys Lozhkin, the JCU Honorary President Borys Fuksman and the JCU Executive Director Inna Ioffe. The events were supported by the Federal Chancellor of Austria Sebastian Kurtz. For many years of work in the field of development of Jewish life in Europe and for the fight against anti-Semitism, Mr. Kurtz was awarded the Navigator of Jerusalem honorary prize by the EJC.
